Payment Policies:

• Advance payment required (credit card payment only)
• Cancelations must be received in writing and received by July 4 to be eligible for a refund
• $25 Administrative fee will be applied to all refunds
• NO refunds after July 4 (substitutions will be accepted on a case by case basis)
• Station/company/individual will be responsible for amount owed - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Your Badge Will Not Print If You Have A Balance!
